Client Testimonials

I am a dietitian AND food allergy mom.

Food allergies are not covered in great depth for most dietitians during their education and training. Just like there are doctors who have specialties, there are also dietitians who specialize in specific practice areas.

I specialize in food allergy nutrition.

As a FARE Trained Registered Dietitian, I can help you learn what to avoid - and what you CAN eat - in order to confidently manage food allergies. More importantly, I completely understand the anxiety, dread, and guilt that many allergy parents experience. Because I’ve been there myself.
