Each class is tailored to your comfort level and designed to help you learn new culinary and nutrition skills. We also review meal planning basics.
Cooking classes last for 2-3 hours. You can choose a private lesson or connect with up to five other friends and family. At this time, all cooking classes are virtual.
My classes will encourage you to try new cooking techniques and help jump start your own healthy kitchen journey!
Participants will receive:
At least 10 meals to freeze or eat in the upcoming week
Electronic copies of all recipes
Ingredient and supply lists
Class timeline and checklist to recreate batch cooking independently in the future
