Terms of Payment

Payment for all services is due prior to receiving any service from Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC.

Cancellation

Payment for a class or session can be transferred to a later date if that class or session is rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Payment is non-transferable and non-refundable if session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. Clients may have three “no-shows” before relationship with Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC is terminated. No further classes or sessions may be scheduled afterwards. A session that is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice is considered a “no-show.”

Refunds

If a class, session, event, or presentation is cancelled by Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC we will offer the option to reschedule or allow a refund for the payment.

If a client is unhappy with their purchased service or product, we will work with you to understand what exactly did not meet their expectation. Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC will offer a reasonable alternative experience to compensate their dissatisfaction.

Refunds will only be offered for client-initiated cancellations if Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC determines that a relationship termination is in the best interest of both parties.

Donated Services

Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC donates time to schools and religious institutions to speak on select nutrition and healthy eating topics. Please contact me directly for more information, including a list of eligible presentation topics. Up to two donated services will be scheduled per quarter.

Content Policy

The photography, recipes, and content on this site are owned and copyrighted by Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC. If you would like to use a picture on your blog or website, you are welcome to do so, as long as photo credit is given to Lisa Woodruff, RDN, LD from Lisa Woodruff Nutrition, LLC and your post links the picture back to the post from which it was taken.
