Celebrate National Nutrition Month® this year by joining my four-week **virtual** course.

New content will be taught live every week on Monday evenings at 7:30 PM CST. A video recording will be shared with all participants to watch or re-watch at your convenience.

There will also be a live Q&A session every Thursday at 12:00 Noon CST.
